Job Responsibility
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs, including but not limited to: marketing materials, social media graphics, website visuals, infographics, and more.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and mockups that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Use your creative flair to select colors, fonts, and imagery that effectively convey messages and evoke desired emotions.
- Produce high-quality, engaging graphics that effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure designs remain fresh and innovative.
- Communicate and present design ideas to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
- Collaborate with printers and other external vendors when necessary to ensure quality output of printed materials.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for easy accessibility and future reference.

Educational Requirement
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique design solutions.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce pixel-perfect designs.Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Familiarity with web design principles and an understanding of user experience (UX) is a plus.Animation and video editing skills are a bonus. -
